- For any formula film, the important ingredient is the comedy and the entertainment quotient. As long as they are balanced well, the impact is high at the box office. That is what happened here. Vaitla as a director is known for his engaging screenplay and banks heavily on comedy and twists. He used it wisely here and though there were the hardcore action elements, he managed to shape things rightly.
- The two names, Mahesh Babu and Srinu Vaitla, are enough to set high expectations for the film. But the best way to enjoy this film is to go with an open mind. As such, this is a typical Srinu Vaitla film and his formula and pattern is the same from start to finish.
- First half of the movie sets the plot up and it is entertaining. There are ups and downs in the second half, but the entertainment provided by Mahesh Babu, Brahmanandam and MS Narayana takes care of it. The plus points are Mahesh Babu’s charm, Seenu Vytla’s comedy timing and a workable script.
